How to Join?
To become a Beyerskloof Cru Member, you will be contractually required to purchase our carefully selected twelve-bottle case each year. Once a member, your details will register on our systems, thereafter allowing you to benefit from the membership and receive your discounts throughout the validity of your membership.
How it works
- Create your account by simply filling in details on the wine club subscription form, add your credit card details, and you are ready to go.
- Pay using our secure payment method. We offer a fast and safe online payment method. Your membership renewal will be processed every 12 months.
- Once your order has been processed, your Beyerskloof Cru Wine Box will be delivered within 5-10 working days.
- Your wine club membership benefits will be activated once your order has been processed, after which you can log in to your account and shop online.
- Between 10% – 20% discount on all online shop and cellar door sales.
- Complimentary shipping to all main centres in RSA on individual orders over R 2,000.00
- Access to exclusive, pre-release, limited release, and vintage wines.
- Invitation to wine events, exclusive to Wine Club members.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please note the following Terms & Conditions:
- Discounts provided are on all wine wines except for Beyerskloof Pinotage 250ml.
- We advise that your registration needs to be processed and confirmed via email in order for you to receive any of the mentioned discounts and benefits.
- Any discount offered through our wine club cannot be used over and above web shop offers offered to the general public.
Frequently Asked Questions
Membership is only activated once your registration for your subscription to our Wine Club has been processed and you have received a confirmation email.
By joining our subscription-based wine club, you commit to purchasing our curated wine box consisting of 12 bottles. Membership is activated with confirmation of subscription and is valid for 12 months. Two weeks prior to the end of the membership period, an automated correspondence will be sent to inform the member of renewal with the receipt of the next curated wine box. Details of the wine will be provided initially in this mail.
The Wine Club membership is available to South African residents.
Membership can be cancelled in writing at any time by sending an email to our Wine Club Manager at assistant@beyerskloof.co.za. Cancellation will result in the termination of your membership and all associated benefits.
PLEASE NOTE: Cancelling your Wine Club subscription will immediately end your Club benefits, including discounts of up to 20% from the Beyerskloof online store.

- Declining receipt and/or processing of your yearly Wine Club Box subscription in the two-week prior to renewal will also end club membership immediately.
Beyerskloof Wine Estate reserves the right to vary prices at any time without notice. All wines are subject to availability.
We understand the importance of privacy and security. We are committed to protecting the information we collect from you and confirm that it will only be used for the purposes of processing your order and providing you with the services you request from us.
- Payment for the club will automatically process on the shipment date.
- Your credit card will be tokenised with R1.00 during registration for the club.
- Delivery is FREE for Wine Club Members for all orders with a value exceeding R 2 000.00 (Wines only).
- The DELIVERY FEE to an address in South Africa is R130 per 6X750ml, R130 per 12X250ml & R260 per 6X1,5L.
- Orders can only be sent to addresses provided based within the borders of South Africa.
Orders will be delivered within 5 – 10 working days after processing of order. Delivery will be made to the address you supplied on your application form. All deliveries made in South Africa will be by road freight directly to your nominated delivery address. All goods must be signed for on delivery. If no one is available at the nominated address when the delivery is attempted, the goods will be retained by the courier, in which case notification of the attempted delivery will be given. Should the wine order be returned to the Estate, any further delivery attempts will be at your cost.
Orders can be collected at Beyerskloof. During the order process, when confirming shipping details, customers can check the pick-up box. All these orders will be processed and made ready for collection at the Beyerskloof Tasting Room on the farm.
The Wine Club will contact you with a suitable time for you to collect your order at Beyerskloof.
Membership can be cancelled at any time, as long as it is more than 3 days prior to shipment.

- The Club sends out a reminder email two weeks before the next club shipment where you will have the option to cancel your club.
