Beyerskloof Launch – On Friday …
On Friday evening, March 2nd 2007, the Red Leaf restaurant was officially opened for all the international agents representing Beyerskloof worldwide. This joyous occasion was commemorated with a very special gourmet evening prepared by Beyerskloof’s own chef, Madie Knoetze.
A beautiful evening welcomed all to the newly launched Beyerskloof tourist facility. After the welcome drinks everyone gathered and took their places in the Red Leaf Restaurant. Beyers said some heartfelt words thanking all the people that made this dream of his come true. The meal that followed was a three course endeavor that consisted of a Salmon trio (prepared in three different ways) followed by Springbok loin and brandy tart with Pinotage Frozen Yoghurt as a dessert.
Everyone looked very suave dressed in black with the red leaf on their bowties a classy touch. This was yet another successful event hosted by Beyerskloof.
